Husband: Randall Johnston (married 28 years as of 2010); 5 daughters: Brooke-26 (husband-Ben Salt, Miles (6), Avarie (3) and another one due Feb, 2010), Brittney-21 (husband - Alika Fisher, Breanna-15, twins Kennedy & Morgan-8; one son - Marc (passed away in 1989). I've been blessed to have 2 daughters married in the temple, 3 wonderful children still at home who love the Lord, and a child waiting for me in the Celestial Kingdom.

Profession

Entrepeneur:
1. Just sold manufacturing business to a company in Italy.
2. Real estate developer.
3. Amateur designer.

Other

After YA's I went on to get my degree in Public Relations and was elected Nat'l Vice President of the Public Relations Student Society of America.

After graduation in 1982 I married Randall in the Mesa temple, and we lived in Dayton, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Charleston, SC; and Raleigh, NC, all during our first year of marriage, as my husband was transferred to open new offices for a fitness company. We decided to settle into a more "family friendly" lifestyle when we had our first child, so we bought a family entertainment center (roller skating rink, mini golf, go cart track, etc.) in Albuquerque, NM (where I grew up), where we had our first 3 children and lived for 10 years. After our son passed away as the result of a drowning accident, we moved to Park City, UT where my husband ran the professional marketing division of a cosmetics manufacturing company and we had our 4th child. We eventually gained ownership of the company and moved it to Evanston, WY in 1997. We recently sold it to a cosmetic company in Italy.

In 2004 we purchased 56 acres and I have been developing and selling small subdivisions ever since. My true love is design and I decorate rooms and homes on the side.

My family and the church are the central focuses in my life. I've served as early morning seminary teacher, Primary president, Stake YW counselor, ward music and choir director, Stake activities director, and a myriad of other callings in all 3 auxiliaries.

We live in Evanston most of the time, but travel to our home in Tucson (Sahuarita), AZ to get out of the cold as often as we can. Getting out of the cold has a way of rejuvinating your spirit!

We travel often, and have visited all but a few of the U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Hondourus, England, Scotland, Italy, France, Switzerland, The Vatican, and Monaco.

I know that most of you from my group are close to being empty nesters (if not already), but we are on the "9-year plan" because of our sweet and unexpected 8-year-old twins. After their graduation, we plan to go on a mission then travel to all of the places we haven't seen yet.

Throughout the years I have performed in many church and community events. My daughters are singers and dancers, and I have been blessed to sing and dance with them on many occasions. I am grateful for the opportunity the Lord gave me to perform with the Young Ambassadors (it seems like a life-time ago). I am blessed to have known each of you and I look forward to seeing you again!
