After leaving BYU, employment opportunities took us to Sacramento for 2 years, Chicago for 5 years, Columbus for 3 years and Kaysville, UT for 14 years. We have 4 children--Tyler 23 (works for Sulzer Pump Company, SLC), Miles 20 (on a mission in Manchester, NH), Ashleigh 17 (cheerleader/senior at Viewmont High), Kayleigh 9. We recently built a home in Farmington and are loving life. I greet each new day by hiking every morning in the mountains. I love watching the sun come up and experiencing the sights, sounds, and beauties all around me. I can still get to work by 8. (I love my 2-mile commute.) I became BSA rock-climbing certified last year and enjoy taking the young men, young women and relief society sisters rock-climbing and repelling. I feel as much alive today as I did when I was making 1-minute costume changes behind stage and racing out to make the next number. I have many fond memories of YAs and loved the association of great leaders and talented friends. I will never forget the tours to Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, China, Hawaii. The passing of Elder James E. Faust was a sad day for me as he and his sweetheart Ruth joined us for the first China tour. It was wonderful to have them with us and to hear their great testimonies and feel of their love and support. Thanks to all of you who have had such an impact on my life through YA's. You will never be forgotten. I think about you and wish all of you great joy and happiness in your lives and success in all you do. Hope we can meet up again sometime.
