Family: Married to Carl W. Knapp, Aug. 1972, in the S.L.C. Temple. We have 9 children, two of whom we adopted from the country of Romania, (siblings) in 1990. We have 5 children married with 20 grandchildren, 2 kids live in Utah, the other 7 live here in So. Cal.
Profession: We have been in the social catering business called Ambassador Catering in the Inland Empire of So. Cal. for 25 years. Carl has been an early morning Seminary teacher for 22 years and retired after being able to teach each of our children along the way.
Other: We raised most of our children in the city of Upland, Ca. from 1987 to 2001. We move to Redlands, Ca. in 2001 just after they announced the Redlands Temple. We live just 1 1/2 miles from the Temple, and Carl has had the opportunity to serve in the L.A. Temple and now the Redlands Temple for 25 years. Our youngest child just turned 18, and is a senior, so Lynnae hopes to be able to serve in the temple soon, also.
